Sephora Services Lead

1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Monitor and align store sales performance with company objectives.
4. Support Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and executing visual updates.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff to enhance customer experience.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
7. Participate in the interviewing process and champion talent development.
8. Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

1. One to three years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong client service skills.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
