Sephora Services Lead

1. Support all departments on the sales floor, including Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
3. Monitor store sales performance and align department goals accordingly.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute updates as needed.
5. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.
6. Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
7. Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations.
8. Participate in the interviewing process for the World team.
9. Champion employee engagement and demonstrate Sephora values.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Strong client service skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
