Sephora Senior Treasury Executive

1. Prepare and maintain daily and weekly cash positions to ensure accurate cash visibility for funding and payments.
2. Manage bank statement receipt and integration, performing daily and weekly reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly.
3. Execute regional cash forecast uploads, ensuring completeness and accuracy of country inputs.
4. Monitor intercompany cash flows and balances, ensuring timely settlements and resolving discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with SSC and local teams to enhance cash collection, payment discipline, and working capital.
6. Maintain treasury documentation, controls, and audit trails, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
7. Support treasury and e-banking systems operations, assisting with user access and system-related issues.
8. Act as an operational treasury contact for SSC, local finance teams, banks, and external platforms.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury operations, accounting, SSC, or banking operations.

1. Strong understanding of cash management, reconciliations, and financial controls.
2. High attention to detail and strong execution discipline.
3. Proficiency in systems, data management, and meeting deadlines.
4. Clear and professional communication skills.
5. Experience with SAP, Kyriba, or other Treasury Management Systems is preferred.
6. Exposure to bank portals and e-banking platforms is advantageous.
