1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description creation, talent sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offer management.
2. Act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring hires align with Sephora's culture and objectives.
3. Perform market mapping and build talent pools for key positions.
4. Support the development and implementation of Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition strategies.
5. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes.
6. Analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality, and diversity in the pipeline, and propose continuous improvements.
7. Implement innovative tools and methodologies in recruitment and selection.
8. Collaborate on global Talent Acquisition projects in alignment with the LVMH group.

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
2. Experience in Recruitment & Selection, including high-volume positions.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
4. Experience in managing KPIs and processes.
5. Experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
6. Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems (ATS) and Excel.
7. Advanced English proficiency.

Minimum of 5 years in recruitment and selection, with experience in high-volume hiring and KPI management.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
