Sephora Senior Recruitment Analyst

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description creation, talent sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offer management.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring hires align with Sephora's culture and objectives.
- Perform market mapping and build talent pools for key positions.
- Support the development and implementation of Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition strategies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality, and diversity in the pipeline, and propose continuous improvements.
- Implement innovative tools and methodologies in recruitment and selection.
- Collaborate on global Talent Acquisition projects in alignment with the LVMH group.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in Recruitment & Selection, including high-volume positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience in managing KPIs and processes.
- Experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems (ATS) and Excel.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Minimum of 5 years in recruitment and selection, with experience in high-volume hiring and KPI management.
