Sephora Senior Performance Analyst

1. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain department.
2. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to understand measurement and automation needs for key KPIs.
3. Create and develop management reports, dashboards, and strategic analyses.
4. Guide decision-making through comprehensive analyses and studies.
5. Interpret analysis results to provide insights that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
6. Structure and revise current and future processes with a focus on automation and optimization.
7. Support the S&OP area in constructing and updating monthly reporting materials, proposing new scenarios and analyses.
8. Collaborate with other functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support as required.

1. Bachelor's degree completed.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Advanced skills in Power BI.
4. Experience in data analysis and management reporting, preferably in Supply Chain.
5. Previous experience in retail and/or Supply Chain is advantageous.
6. Experience with SAP and Relex is a plus.
7. Desirable proficiency in English.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in data analysis and reporting within the Supply Chain sector.
