Sephora Senior Online Trade Marketing / Activations Analyst

- Own the digital activation calendar for site and mobile app, planning and executing daily communications for Sephora-owned and partner brands to maximise visibility, sales and conversion.
- Design and implement commercial initiatives and promotional mechanics (including buy & get offers and innovative activations) that drive conversion and category growth.
- Collaborate with Category and Channel teams to co-create integrated activations aligned with product launches, seasonality and channel strategies.
- Manage relationships and action planning with brand partners to coordinate campaign timing, assets and performance expectations.
- Build campaign briefs, approve visual assets and manage programming within the e‑commerce platform in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and conduct rigorous KPI monitoring and A/B testing; analyse results to iterate and optimise the tactical plan using data-driven hypotheses.
- Forecast expected outcomes of activations using quantitative analyses and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Minimum three years' experience in e‑commerce, digital trade marketing, agency planning or 360° marketing with a digital focus, preferably within mid-to-large retail organisations.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven experience in KPI tracking, A/B testing and performance reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum 3 years in e‑commerce, digital trade marketing, agency planning or equivalent roles within retail or omnichannel environments.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
