Sephora Senior Manager, Store Design

1. Lead and inspire a team of Store Designers, ensuring project quality, adherence to schedules, and design standards across all store developments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Retail Operations, and Merchandising to address complex design challenges and meet cost, operational, and schedule requirements.
3. Manage relationships with third-party architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with Sephora design standards from initial planning through construction.
4. Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance store design delivery and team efficiencies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

1. Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3DS MAX.
2. Exceptional leadership and strategic agility.
3. Strong project management skills with a problem-solving mindset.

7+ years of experience in Retail Architecture or Retail Design, with 8-10+ years leading and managing high-performing teams.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

The annual base salary range is $155,975.00 - $174,325.00, with potential bonuses based on qualifications and experience.
