1. Analyze digital data across Sephora.com for desktop, mobile, and app experiences.
2. Measure and communicate results of A/B tests, delivering insights and opportunities to stakeholders.
3. Design and implement testing plans to achieve statistically significant results.
4. Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy for site testing.
5. Manage and mentor an analyst, balancing delegation and individual contribution.
6. Collaborate with Tech and Engineering teams to enable new tools and technologies.

1. 6+ years in an analytics role.
2. 3+ years of management experience.
3. Fluency in core analytics tools such as Advanced SQL and Adobe Analytics.

1. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Strong business acumen and interpersonal abilities.
3. Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
4. Proficiency in data visualization and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Strong influence and communication skills with senior leadership.

A minimum of 6 years in an analytics role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

The annual base salary range is $154,320.00 - $173,600.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
