Sephora Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising

- Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies and online assortment plans for assigned categories or brands.
- Ensure merchandising priorities are reflected across all digital platforms and collaborate with digital teams to enhance conversion rates.
- Partner with category merchants to optimize digital product assortment and extend store assortments with online exclusives.
- Create monthly tiered playbooks and coordinate with brand marketing and category merchants on assets and storytelling.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and digital teams to drive e-commerce content and messaging that boosts traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Guide brands in optimizing pages for conversion and search visibility, and negotiate product messaging.
- Partner with digital analytics to track KPIs and provide real-time reports on product launches.
- Act as a liaison between merchants/brands and digital channels to ensure alignment and optimize site experience.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital merchandising strategies.
- Understanding of local consumer behavior and preferences in key SEA markets.
- Experience in digital assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management.
- Background in collaborating with Supply Chain teams for effective planning and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to exercise big picture thinking with a focus on digital growth and customer experience.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Agility to drive change and innovation with a customer-centric approach.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or related fields.
