Sephora Senior Manager, Brand Training

1. Lead the brand and product training team to design training solutions aligned with Sephora's DNA, enhancing Beauty Advisors' expertise in product knowledge and service skills.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive training system and annual master plan to support Sephora China's business strategies.
3. Identify training needs based on business development and design effective training curricula for store colleagues.
4. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and customize training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and of high quality.
5. Deliver training programs to equip Beauty Advisors and Education/Sales teams with necessary skills to drive retail sales productivity.
6. Conduct 'Train the Trainer' programs to develop internal and area trainers.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events like Sephora Day and Master Events.
8. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities, conducting regular store visits to audit operations and service levels.
9. Foster a high-performing team through effective communication, best practices sharing, and budget management.
