1. Analyze and assess legal risks for digital projects led by EME and Global Digital teams.
2. Negotiate and draft IT contracts, including licensing, software, and data protection clauses.
3. Advise business teams on consumer law and online payment tools.
4. Conduct comprehensive reviews of online sales processes.
5. Draft and review standard contractual documents, such as terms and conditions.
6. Coordinate with local legal teams to implement digital projects and standardize documentation.
7. Act as a liaison for EME and Global Digital teams.
8. Support IT and digital teams with site launches and omnichannel strategies.
9. Onboard new team members and provide legal training to digital teams.
10. Co-lead presentations on legal risks for the EME Digital Executive Committee.
11. Participate in GDPR steering committees and conduct legal research and documentation.
12. Manage and prevent disputes or litigation.

1. Master's degree in New Technology Law, Digital Law, Contract Law, or CAPA.

1. Strong understanding of IT law, new technologies, and digital law.
2. Excellent knowledge of digital/e-commerce laws.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
5. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
6. Capability to mentor and develop junior legal staff.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer or attorney, with successful management experience and expertise in IT law and digital law.

Master's degree in New Technology Law, Digital Law, Contract Law, or CAPA.
