- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping people strategies that enhance business performance and cultivate a culture of belonging.
- Translate business priorities into actionable people plans that drive growth, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management for Sephora's Technology business unit.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support leaders in making informed decisions on structure, succession, compensation, and culture.
- Design agile, scalable structures that align with Sephora's strategic growth priorities, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Guide executive-level programs, including talent reviews, career pathways, and succession planning, to strengthen leadership.
- Coach leaders to enhance team effectiveness, manage change empathetically, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve recognition, total rewards, and development initiatives that promote engagement and performance.
- Leverage people analytics to inform business decisions and create measurable impacts across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including working with VP and C-suite leaders.
- Proven success in strategic people agendas, including organizational redesign and leadership development.
- Deep experience in employee relations, change management, and executive coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification preferred.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
5-8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, particularly in complex, high-growth environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification preferred.
The annual base salary range is $151,810.00 - $169,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
