- Monitor and control headcount for retail stores.
- Track HR KPIs such as turnover, productivity, and payroll percentage, and develop action plans to address issues.
- Verify recruitment needs and ensure qualified hires with the support of the COE Talent Acquisition team.
- Manage campus recruitment activities and follow selection procedures for various positions.
- Coordinate with the Staffing Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding processes and accurate HR system data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on rewards, warnings, and attendance management.
- Assist in performance reviews and talent development initiatives.
- Conduct HR training sessions for store management and staff.
- Communicate HR policies and company updates to store employees.
- Over 5 years of HR experience in multinational corporations, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in major HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and staffing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly as required by business needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
