1. Monitor and control headcount for retail stores.
2. Track HR KPIs such as turnover, productivity, and payroll percentage, and develop action plans to address issues.
3. Verify recruitment needs and ensure qualified hires with the support of the COE Talent Acquisition team.
4. Manage campus recruitment activities and follow selection procedures for various positions.
5. Coordinate with the Staffing Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding processes and accurate HR system data.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies on rewards, warnings, and attendance management.
7. Assist in performance reviews and talent development initiatives.
8. Conduct HR training sessions for store management and staff.
9. Communicate HR policies and company updates to store employees.

1. Over 5 years of HR experience in multinational corporations, preferably in the retail sector.
2. Proficiency in major HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and staffing.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Willingness to travel regularly as required by business needs.
5. Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
