1. Serve as the primary HR contact for retail teams across the UK, providing guidance and support on HR-related queries.
2. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data with confidentiality.
3. Prepare HR reports and dashboards to aid data-driven decision-making.
4. Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees are well-integrated.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve employee experience.
6. Provide HR advice to store managers on performance, absence, conduct, and grievance issues.
7. Partner with the ER Manager to manage ER case files and support investigations.
8. Champion wellbeing initiatives to support physical and mental health.
9. Support the rollout of Diversity & Inclusion programs and training.
10. Drive internal communications to keep teams informed and connected.

1. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced retail or high-volume environment.
2. Solid knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.

4. Collaborative mindset with coaching abilities.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR data analysis.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
