1. Analyze, negotiate, and draft service agreements with Transportation & Logistics suppliers, including logistics providers, carriers, and consultants.
2. Support operational teams with contract-related inquiries and ongoing projects.
3. Manage pre-litigation and litigation activities in collaboration with legal counsel.
4. Address environmental law issues to support the brand's strategy and Sephora Collection's environmental responsibility.

1. Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law with a specialization in Commercial Law, DJCE.
2. CRFPA (French Bar Exam) and experience in a law firm are appreciated.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal logistics within a multinational company.

4. Fluent in English and French.
