1. Own key P&L and financial statement areas, assessing risks, re-forecasting, and driving profitability insights.
2. Support month-end close processes and shape long-term strategies aligned with current trends.
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with clear variance analysis and insightful commentary.
4. Deliver analysis and reporting that blends financial and non-financial insights, including recurring results and ad-hoc business cases.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and deepen understanding of business operations.
6. Support ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and reporting requests.

1. Undergraduate degree in business or finance with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
2. 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting; experience in Retail or CPG is a plus.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
2. Proficiency in Excel modeling and financial systems, ideally including SAP Business Objects.
3. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
4. Demonstrated critical thinking and sound decision-making with an understanding of when to seek guidance.
5. Proactive, highly motivated, and innovative mindset.

2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting; experience in Retail or CPG is a plus.

Undergraduate degree in business or finance.

The compensation ranges between CAD$76,500.00 - CAD$94,400.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
