1. Develop and implement the acceleration strategy for the fragrance brand portfolio within the EU region.
2. Analyze market trends and set strategic priorities to differentiate Sephora's offerings.
3. Manage the brand portfolio to maximize sales and ensure profitability.
4. Communicate strategy effectively across 18 markets and monitor execution.
5. Develop and optimize the assortment of brands and products both online and offline.
6. Identify and nurture new brands to enhance Sephora's category image.
7. Participate in pricing and discount strategies in coordination with RGM.
8. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to maximize category visibility and performance.

1. 4 to 7 years of experience in retail or digital marketing.
2. Fluency in English.
3. University or business school education.

4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

A minimum of 5 years in retail or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the fragrance category.
