Sephora Senior Brand Media Manager

- Launch and manage media campaigns across Europe, ensuring alignment with Sephora's guidelines.
- Define and implement full-funnel media strategies for partner beauty brands, from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure 360° media consistency within each brand's marketing strategy.
- Establish trust with partner brands, co-construct annual briefs, and recommend innovative media plans.
- Design integrated media plans combining paid media, paid influence, and partnerships.
- Develop and oversee paid influence strategies, selecting influencers and measuring impact.
- Maintain a constant technological and sectoral watch, integrating media innovations into strategies.
- Ensure optimized visibility of partner brands' media activations and contribute to internal reporting.
- Lead the relationship with media agencies, evaluate performance, and optimize media plans.
- Conduct in-depth performance analyses and prepare comprehensive campaign reviews.
- Master’s degree in marketing or communication.
- 8–10 years of experience in media agency, retailer, pure player, or digital advertiser roles.
- Proven expertise in full-funnel media with a KPI- and ROI-driven approach.
- Solid knowledge of paid influence and experience in European-scale campaign coordination.
- Strong understanding of brand image and media buying.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
Minimum of 8-10 years in a media agency, retailer, pure player, or digital advertiser, with significant exposure to branding, paid influence, and digital performance.
Master’s degree in marketing or communication.
