Sephora Senior Beauty Academy Specialist

- Design end-to-end content and curricula for Product Academy initiatives, from needs analysis to selection of curated offerings and execution.
- Design and deliver consumer-facing makeup training programmes for Beauty Advisors that translate to day-to-day retail situations and elevate service standards.
- Conduct training needs assessments and on-site observations of classes and workshops; provide targeted coaching and development plans for Area Trainers (AT) and retail staff.
- Develop and implement training metrics and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness, skills improvement and behavioural change against business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders (store leadership, HR, merchandising and external education partners) to align training solutions with commercial priorities.
- Leverage digital channels and social media to support training engagement and amplify learning initiatives.
- Support travel across mainland China to deliver and evaluate training; be flexible to work extended hours or weekends for training activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art or a related discipline.
- Diploma or professional certificate in Makeup Artistry from a recognised international institution.
- Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in makeup artistry or makeup training within the beauty/retail sector, preferably in multinational organisations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning principles, training facilitation and coaching.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using social media to engage audiences.

At least 3 years of practical, hands‑on experience in makeup artistry or delivering makeup training within the beauty or retail industry; prior experience in multinational organisations, partnering with educational institutions, or international exposure is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Art or a related discipline; diploma or professional certificate in Makeup Artistry preferred.
