Sephora Senior Associate, Internal Audit and Control

- Conduct risk assessments and perform core controls testing and internal audits, taking ownership of audit sections, formalizing findings, and issuing recommendations.
- Manage the annual store audit program, developing and implementing requirements, training auditors, and reporting progress to management.
- Enhance the crisis management program by overseeing reporting, driving preparedness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to Segregation of Duties principles and managing expense compliance.
- Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to identify trends and risks.
- Support fraud prevention efforts and address emerging issues through ad-hoc audits and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a Master's or accounting education highly advantageous.
- Professional qualification such as CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, or CFE preferred.
- Strong expertise in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and financial principles.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts and delivering impactful presentations.
- Results-driven, intellectually curious, and adaptable with a proactive approach.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit, finance, or controlling, preferably within the retail or consumer packaged goods sectors.
Bachelor's degree preferred
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $103,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
