1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
4. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
6. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment is required.

The target hourly pay for this position is $16.50, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
