1. Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
2. Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
3. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
4. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as per company standards.
6. Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards.

1. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
2. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers.
3. Capability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations or related fields.

The target hourly pay for this position is $16.50. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
