- Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, people, results, operations, and human resources functions.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence or when delegated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Ability to apply cosmetic products to clients.
Desirable experience in retail management, services, or supervision. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
