1. Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, people, results, operations, and human resources functions.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume the responsibilities of the store manager in their absence or when delegated.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
4. Ability to apply cosmetic products to clients.

Desirable experience in retail management, services, or supervision. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
