- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, results, operations, and human resources functions within the assigned section.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff.
- Operate the cash register as needed.
- Apply cosmetic products to customers with expertise.
- Maintain consistent and reliable customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Desirable foreign language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
