1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, results, operations, and human resources functions within the assigned section.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff.
5. Operate the cash register as needed.
6. Apply cosmetic products to customers with expertise.
7. Maintain consistent and reliable customer service.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
2. Desirable foreign language proficiency.
