1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
4. Ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.
5. Consistent and reliable customer service.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in retail, services, or supervisory roles.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
