- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.
- Consistent and reliable customer service.
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in retail, services, or supervisory roles.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
