Sephora Sales Supervisor

- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the designated department.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or as delegated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.
