- Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned section.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to apply cosmetic products to clients.
