1. Assist the store manager in overseeing customer service, processes, personnel, and results within the assigned section.
2. Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
3. Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence or when delegated.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
4. Ability to apply cosmetic products to clients.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, services, or supervisory roles is preferred.
