Sephora Sales Supervisor

- Assist the store manager in managing customer service, processes, people, and results.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concepts and culture, maximizing profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence.
- Guide customer service and leadership standards in the sales area.

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred.
- Foreign language proficiency is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.
Experience in retail or service supervision is desirable, particularly in the beauty industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
