Sephora Sales Manager (Work‑Study)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of a designated department or category (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside a store manager; ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Plan and organise daily team activity, staffing and schedules to optimise sales performance and customer service.
- Activate and animate commercial levers — merchandising, visual standards, in‑store promotions and category projects — to drive growth in the assigned perimeter.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors through goal setting, monitoring and feedback to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Contribute ideas and proposals to the departmental commercial plan and support its execution in-line with store strategy.
- Minimum Bac+3/Bachelor degree; candidate must be eligible to pursue a Master 1 or Master 2 via an alternance (work‑study) contract.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; enrolled in or eligible for Master 1/Master 2 via alternance (work‑study) programme.
