Sephora Sales Manager (Work‑Study)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of an assigned department/axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Operations) alongside the store leadership.
- Organize and plan daily and weekly team activity, including staffing, task allocation and visual merchandising priorities.
- Implement and animate growth levers defined in the commercial and human development plan for the perimeter.
- Propose and deploy initiatives to support the department’s commercial project and improve customer conversion.
- Motivate, coach and develop Sales Advisors to achieve shared sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Contribute to onboarding and training of new advisors and monitor key performance indicators for the department.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum and enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or 2 in commercial management (work‑study/apprenticeship).
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for beauty and retail.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a collaborative mindset; readiness to take on operational responsibility.
- High levels of motivation, resilience and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
