Sephora Sales Manager (Work‑Study / Alternance)

1. Co-lead the commercial activity of an assigned store department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside the store management.
2. Organize and plan daily team activities, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan for the perimeter.
3. Contribute proposals to the departmental commercial project and implement initiatives to drive sales performance and customer conversion.
4. Motivate, coach and develop Sales Advisors to reach shared objectives and ensure an exceptional in‑store customer experience.
5. Oversee operational tasks for the assigned area including merchandising, stock management and cashier coordination when required.
6. Monitor performance indicators and support continuous improvement of sales and service standards.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; candidate must be preparing a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management or equivalent through an alternance contract.
2. Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to engage and inspire teams.
3. Demonstrated leadership potential and appetite for taking on new challenges in a fast‑paced retail environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for candidates with limited or no prior management experience who hold a Bac+3/Bachelor and are enrolled in a Master programme; previous customer‑facing or internship experience in retail is advantageous.
