Sephora Sales Manager (Work‑Study / Alternance)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of an assigned store department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside the store management.
- Organize and plan daily team activities, deploying growth levers aligned with the commercial and people development plan for the perimeter.
- Contribute proposals to the departmental commercial project and implement initiatives to drive sales performance and customer conversion.
- Motivate, coach and develop Sales Advisors to reach shared objectives and ensure an exceptional in‑store customer experience.
- Oversee operational tasks for the assigned area including merchandising, stock management and cashier coordination when required.
- Monitor performance indicators and support continuous improvement of sales and service standards.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; candidate must be preparing a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management or equivalent through an alternance contract.

Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for candidates with limited or no prior management experience who hold a Bac+3/Bachelor and are enrolled in a Master programme; previous customer‑facing or internship experience in retail is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial or retail management (or equivalent) via an alternance/work‑study contract.
