- Lead and organize the activities of a designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations).
- Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share extensive knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team.
- Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic initiatives within the department and store.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.

- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to train others.
A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer service-driven industry is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives.
