- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora's products and services with the team to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute the commercial and human development strategy within the area of responsibility.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on collective success.
A minimum of one year of successful managerial experience in a customer service-focused industry is required.
