- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
- Motivate and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop product knowledge and train the team to meet commercial challenges and overall store goals.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
