1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute commercial and human development strategies within the scope of responsibility.

Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
