1. Lead and organize the activities of a specific department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
2. Motivate and guide a team of sales advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Expand product and service knowledge and effectively impart this expertise to the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute the commercial and human development strategies within the area of responsibility.
