1. Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales area, such as Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, or Operations.
2. Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to achieve shared objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and impart product and service knowledge to the team to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute growth strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan.
