- Lead and organize the activities of a designated sales axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
- Motivate and guide a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges effectively.
- Plan and implement strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plan of the store.
