- Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services to meet commercial challenges.
- Plan and execute strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plans of the department.
- Proven managerial experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer-focused environment is required.
Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
