1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) to drive growth and development.
2. Motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve common objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Sephora products and services to meet commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute strategies aligned with the commercial and human development plans of the department.

Fixed salary with attractive variable components.
