1. Lead and organize the activities of the assigned department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Desk, Operations) to drive growth in alignment with commercial and human development plans.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve common objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet and exceed commercial challenges.
4. Plan and execute strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
