Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of a designated department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Make-up, Checkout, Operations) alongside a store manager, ensuring daily execution and commercial performance.
- Organise and plan team schedules and day-to-day operations, deploying growth levers in line with the store’s commercial and human development plans.
- Support and drive the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to increase sales, conversion and average basket.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor performance indicators for the perimeter, follow up on targets and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the management team.
- Hold a minimum of Bac+3 / Bac+4 or equivalent, and be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management, retail or a related discipline (alternance contract).
- Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and retail.
