Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Co-manage the commercial activity of an assigned department/area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Operations) in partnership with the store’s supervising manager.
- Organise and plan team activity, schedules and daily execution to meet the commercial and human development objectives for the perimeter.
- Activate and monitor growth levers linked to the store’s commercial plan and contribute proposals to the department’s commercial strategy.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to achieve individual and collective targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure flawless in-store execution including merchandising, stock presentation and service standards to maximise conversion and basket value.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+4) minimum; enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in commercial management via alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty and retail.
- Capacity to lead and motivate a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work on site with a retail schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.

Entry-level: recent graduates or candidates with limited retail experience. Previous exposure to sales or supervisory responsibilities in a retail environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+4) required; candidate must be enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme (alternance/apprenticeship).
