Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of a store department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside the store manager or supervising manager.
- Organise and plan team schedules and daily activity to achieve sales targets and deploy the commercial development plan for the perimeter.
- Animate growth levers and contribute proactively to the department's commercial project with actionable proposals.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to reach individual and collective objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to merchandising, stock rotation and in-store operations to optimise availability and presentation.
- Participate in the formal alternance training programme and apply acquired learning on the shop floor.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum and enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management, retail or equivalent (alternance contract).
- Strong customer-service orientation and proven interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for team leadership, coaching and working collaboratively.

Entry-level role designed for recent graduates or early-career candidates; prior retail or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
