Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

1. Co-lead the commercial activity of a store department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside the store manager or supervising manager.
2. Organise and plan team schedules and daily activity to achieve sales targets and deploy the commercial development plan for the perimeter.
3. Animate growth levers and contribute proactively to the department's commercial project with actionable proposals.
4. Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors to reach individual and collective objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
5. Contribute to merchandising, stock rotation and in-store operations to optimise availability and presentation.
6. Participate in the formal alternance training programme and apply acquired learning on the shop floor.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum and enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management, retail or equivalent (alternance contract).
2. Strong customer-service orientation and proven interpersonal skills.
3. Aptitude for team leadership, coaching and working collaboratively.
4. Motivated by retail performance targets and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
