Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of an assigned department/axis (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, Operations) alongside a store manager or team leader.
- Organize and plan daily team schedules and store activity to deliver on sales targets and the commercial development plan for the perimeter.
- Animate and deploy growth levers (promotions, product activations, merchandising and customer engagement) to drive footfall and conversion.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Contribute proactively to the department’s commercial projects and be a source of proposals to improve performance.
- Support operational tasks including cash management, stock/exploitation processes and in-store standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum; currently enrolled in or applying to a Master 1/2 in Commercial Management, Business or Retail Management (alternance).
