Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Act as co-responsible with a store manager for the commercial performance of a defined department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Operations).
- Organise and plan daily team activity, staffing and schedules to deliver sales targets and exceptional client experiences.
- Animate and deploy growth levers aligned with the store's commercial and people-development plans.
- Support and contribute to the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to increase sales and conversion.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Advisors around shared objectives, driving standards in service, product knowledge and visual merchandising.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent; candidate must be preparing a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management, retail or related field via an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a demonstrable desire to lead and develop teams.
- Capacity to work collaboratively, accept responsibility and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Open to early-career candidates; no extensive prior management experience required. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum; enrolled in or preparing for a Master’s program (M1/M2) in commercial management, business or a related discipline via alternance.
