Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

1. Co-lead the commercial activity of a product area or operational axis (e.g., Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Store Operations) in close partnership with the store management.
2. Plan and organise team schedules, daily operations and staffing to deliver sales targets and high-quality customer experiences.
3. Drive growth initiatives by activating sales levers aligned with the store’s commercial and human development plan.
4. Support and contribute to the area’s commercial plan by proposing initiatives to increase conversion, average basket and client loyalty.
5. Motivate, coach and develop sales advisors to meet shared objectives and ensure exceptional client service at every touchpoint.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent required; candidate must be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management via an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
2. Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to delivering memorable client experiences.
3. Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to animate and develop a retail team.
