Sephora Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Co-lead the commercial activity of a product area or operational axis (e.g., Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Checkout, Store Operations) in close partnership with the store management.
- Plan and organise team schedules, daily operations and staffing to deliver sales targets and high-quality customer experiences.
- Drive growth initiatives by activating sales levers aligned with the store’s commercial and human development plan.
- Support and contribute to the area’s commercial plan by proposing initiatives to increase conversion, average basket and client loyalty.
- Motivate, coach and develop sales advisors to meet shared objectives and ensure exceptional client service at every touchpoint.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent required; candidate must be enrolled to prepare a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial management via an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
