- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
- Provide cordial and specialized service to customers.
- Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest appropriate products.
- Convey product knowledge to customers.
- Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
- Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event display concepts at all times.
- Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control and quality assurance.
- Complete all delegated tasks swiftly and accurately.
- Maintain store safety standards.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Engage in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
- Assist in company expense reduction without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Customer service, communication, and organization.
- Logical reasoning.
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly with customers and staff.
- Operate point of sale systems if authorized.
- Handle and apply products to customers.
- Availability and flexibility.
- Consistent and reliable service delivery.
Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
