1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide friendly and specialized service to clients.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.

15. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.
16. Assist in training new consultants.
