1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate productively and motivate the store team.
6. Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and solutions.
7. Maintain store appearance according to Sephora's concepts and procedures.
8. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures.
9. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
10. Ensure store safety standards are met.
11. Stay informed about competitor activities and special store events.
12. Participate in programs to reduce inventory loss.
13. Assist in cost reduction without compromising service and presentation standards.
14. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.
15. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
3. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
4. Capability to operate point of sale systems if qualified.
5. Adherence to dress code and consistent, reliable service.
