- Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
- Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
- Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
- Convey product knowledge to customers.
- Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
- Assist in identifying store improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
- Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
- Maintain store presentation according to Sephora's product, service, and event concepts.
- Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control and quality assurance.
- Ensure store safety standards are met.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and special store events.
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training programs.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
- Ability to operate the point of sale system, if enabled.
- Ability to handle and apply products to customers.
- Availability and flexibility.
- Adherence to dress code.
- Consistent and reliable service delivery.
Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
